The 16-year-old has snubbed numerous offers in his homeland to pen a two-year deal with the SPL outfit.
Kjono arrives from Vag and he is delighted to seal the move to Scotland.
"I have dreamt about this since I was a child," Kjono told fvn.
"I believe I will be happy."
The club have also offered terms to Kristoffer Myhre, but he is yet to decide whether to make the move.
