Norwegian National Team
Friendly: Croatia 2 Norway 1
Petter Vaagan Moen scored Norways only goal.
The starting line-ups was:
Croatia:
Pletikosa - Simic, Corluka, Velic, Babic - Srna, Leko, Modric, Kranjcar - Balaban Petric.
Subs:
Runje, Zivkovic, Budan, Galinovic, Pranjic, Da Silva.
Norway:
Opdal - Rambekk, Hagen, Hangeland, Johnsen - Gamst Pedersen, Hæstad, Andresen, J. Riise - Solskjær, Carew
Subs:
Jarstein, Kippe, Bjørkøy, Svindal Larsen, Grindheim, Vaagan Moen, Årst, Iversen, B. Riise.
Poor performance, but it was exacly what was expected. Croatia is good at home. We should have lost 4-1. It's embaressing to see our captain, Andresen, trying to keep up the pace with the oppositions midfielders. Hopefully the players will pick themselves up before the next important game.

Bjørkøy and Vaagan Moen should have played more than they did. Bjørn Helge Riise should have played on right back, and Rambekk should have been a CB instead of Hangeland.
Marius Johnsen got 1 on rating in Norways biggest newspaper.

I read for a couple of days ago that Bosnia will be missing a lot of players due to a protest against something. Anyone else heard about this?

Norge - Bosnia-Hercegovina 1-2 (0-2)
Attendance: 16 987 at Ullevaal Stadion. Goal attempts: 10-4. Goals: N: J. Carew (str. 50). B: Misimovic (17), Muslimovic (34). Referee: Mike Riley, England. Yellow card: N: E. Hagen, M. G. Pedersen. B: A. Custovic, M. Hrgovic. Subs: N: S. Iversen 45 min. for F. Johnsen, Christian Grindheim 29 min. for F. Strømstad, Simen Brenne 12 min. for J. A. Storbæk. B: I. Radeljic 46 min. for S. Nadarevic, V. Music 33 min. for Berberovic, D. Maletic 9 min. for A. Custovic.
Norway played with Myhre - Storbæk, Hagen, Hangeland, Riise - Strømstad, Hæstad, Andresen, Gamst Pedersen - Johnsen - Carew
The game was ruined by retarded Bosnian supporters (watch the video). It was a political protest against the Bosnian FA because of a corruption of some sort. At least they got to show their anger.
We played to many long balls again. Carew is in fantastic form at the moment, just a shame he can't finish. If he could get that right he would be a hell of a player. He and Kristoffer Hæstad was our best players. Glad to see Gamst Pedersen get a booking, so he won't be in the side against Turkey. He is absolutly dogshit on the national team.

What an awful result from Norway.Lucky for Norway Greece lost to Turkey 1-4 at home so they still have a hope for the 2nd place. Our best player yesterday was no doubt John Carew.

Erik Nevland has been brought into the squad because of Gamst Pedersens suspensions.

John Carew is a doubt for the next fixture against Turkey after picking up an injury against Bosnia but it's expected he will be fit enough to play.
