There will be teams in Vancouver, Seattle and Portland it's just when.
Next season we will see each Confernce with 7 clubs and I expect the following group of expansion teams to be one from each cost.
It's just my opinion but I don't think Vancouver get's a club before Seattle or Portland and IMO neither Seattle or Portland will be the next western conference club.
My guess for the next expansion clubs after San Jose is Philadelphia and Las Vegas.
After the next expansion after that to be for 4 clubs and I expect them to be Seattle, Portland, NYC, and another from the East Coast.
