Rosi has been loaned out to Chievo while a few other youngsters went down to Pisa for Loans ( and we all know how Cerci developed when he was down in Pisa).
Virga and Okaka are staying it seems which is good.Palermo will either be loaned or demoted down to the youth team again.
Della Penna (a person to watch out for in the next few years) is becoming hot property. How is he and the under 21 swiss captain doing?

Di Michele begs for Roma move Sunday 31 August, 2008
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
David Di Michele has made no secret of his desire to quit Torino and join Roma. “It's a dream, I'd even play as a goalkeeper!”
The former Udinese and Reggina striker has never agreed with Coach Gianni De Biasi and wants a move before the transfer window closes.
“The more time goes on, the less likely it is I'll be able to complete the move, but never say never in football,” he told Radio Incontro.
“If there was a chance, then obviously I'd love to come to Roma. It is a lifelong dream, as I am a Roma fan from the city.
“I'd have no problem coming there to be fourth choice, seeing as at Torino there are already four forwards for three places.
“Roma would also give me the opportunity to play in the Champions League. If it meant coming to Roma, I'd even play as a goalkeeper!”
Jeremy Menez has come in to replace Amantino Mancini, but Di Michele insists he could help Rodrigo Taddei.
“I prefer to cut in from the left, but can also start from the centre or even possibly the right flank. I could be the understudy to Taddei and help out in defence, just like I did at Udinese.”
Di Michele worked with Roma boss Luciano Spalletti at Udinese and, although it didn't always go smoothly, he believes they could do even better this time.
“I've not spoken to the Coach in these period and, even if there were a few misunderstandings in the past, we always cleared the air.”

We do need a better backup then Artur...maybe Dave can be a backup lol
If the price is right or a loan move...then why the hell not. Montella stinks and isn't even on the bench...why not have David come on as a backup striker. And send Okaka to a team where he can play every game.
Still a few more hours to go until the transfer season closes.

Chievo have agreed a loan deal to bring peripheral Roma forward Mauro Esposito to the Stadio Bentegodi.
Esposito joined the Giallorossi from Cagliari last summer but he barely featured in their 2007-08 campaign.
The Neapolitan ace had been told at the start of pre-season training that he was unlikely to command a first-team place this year and was resigned to finding another club.
After weeks of discussions, Chievo sporting director Giovanni Sartori landed his man earlier this afternoon and Esposito will wear the Gialloblu for the rest of the season.
The Flying Donkeys, who opened their campaign with a spirited win over Reggina, are currently trying to add Napoli midfielder Mirko Savini to their ranks.
The two clubs are discussing the details of a transfer this afternoon and a deal is expected to take shape shortly.
Meanwhile, new boy Pablo Granoche has been sent back to Triestina on loan for the season.

Crespo 'could join Roma' Tuesday 2 September, 2008
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The agent of unsettled Inter striker Hernan Crespo has hinted that the Argentine international could join Roma in the winter.
Crespo had hoped to find a new employer this summer after sliding down the pecking order at San Siro.
But after ruling out transfers to Sampdoria and Palermo, Crespo was left with no option but to stay at Inter, where he has been left out of the Champions League squad.
“Hernan has always liked Roma and he was very close to moving there when he was at Chelsea,” Fernando Hidalgo said on Radio Radio. “He spoke to the Giallorossi then but they couldn't reach an agreement.
“The player wasn't happy with what happened on the final day of the transfer market.
“But these things happen in football and now he must try and find space in Serie A and the Coppa Italia to show his value.
“Nobody from Roma has spoken to me but we will see in January. For now, Crespo must prove to Inter that they made a mistake in not choosing him for the Champions League.”
One factor that has stood in the way of Crespo joining Roma is his Lazio past.
The 33-year-old scored a sensational 52 goals in 70 games for the Biancocelesti between 2000 and 2002.

He played for LAZIO!!!!! Unless, he comes here for FREE...Rather see Montella out there. Montella's earning 3m for the next 2 seasons...so better he earn his money.
