Huntelaar!!!!! Huntelaar!!!!! Huntelaar!!!!! Huntelaar!!!!! Huntelaar!!!!!
Spend the rest of the transfer funds on him!!! I would be happy with Baptista at this point. Anyone.
|
exactly, if we can make a bid that was even ridiculous to even start wth to get mutu then wwe should put more to get huntelaar.even if the sensi's are left wth only their undies we should buy him.
no worries aaron spalletti said baptista isnt the one we need.

Ya, but can compete in a bidding war with the likes of other top clubs?? Even if Roma would be willing to shed 20m...for some reason i think other clubs may be willing to spend that extra 2-3m to secure his rights.

i would be at least happy if that happened my man, why coz we actually show faith and show that we are a good club to future players.not like whats happening now whr every one is seeing us as just a ship ready to sink.

Adrian Mutu was so close to joining Roma that contracts had been signed, but now they’re turning their attention to Lukas Podolski or David Silva.
Fiorentina were all set to hand Mutu over to the Giallorossi before President Andrea Della Valle called a stop to the whole operation.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, the situation was so advanced that the contracts had been signed for £15.2m and a medical had already been arranged.
With the announcement that Mutu was not for sale, Roma are forced to look elsewhere for a major reinforcement in attack.
Julio Baptista’s price-tag remains too high and Real Madrid do not want to release him on loan.
Instead it is now reported that there are two different priorities put forth by Coach Luciano Spalletti.
The first is Euro 2008 star Podolski, who is unhappy at the relative lack of space he has been afforded at Bayern Munich.
The German international of Polish origin can play in a deep role out wide, much like Mutu, or adapt as centre-forward when needed.
The other option is Spaniard David Silva, who can take on either flank or a Trequartista position for Valencia.
Prising him away from the Mestalla may be tricky, as he only signed a seven-year contract in June 2007.

Podolski is exactly the type of player we need...young extremley talented...good goal scorer..team leader...he would be a dream signing!..I like that spalletti is getting involved and knows what we need to win

err podolski=bayern, villa=sevilla.....top clubs wch will ask a hefty price one thing we are very short on.
but who knows, just as brave thing we did in the mutu case we might see a club record transfer target come....even at the cost of my undies as well

Now, that Spalletti released a statement stating Roma will buy 2 more players...reports already indicate that Roma may move for Podolski and David Silva...BS!
