That we know of anyway. Roma were close to getting Suazo. So that means they may try two men up front. So, hopefully they turn to someone else, who that is...i don't have the slightest clue.

I would be more then happy with Di Natale as well...lets see what happens...we need to get this chivu deal done before we can do anything...after that...maybe they will seek our striker...and with Quag at Udine...they dont have a ton of use for Di Natale...or not as much as they would without Quag

Ya, Roma are concentrating on Chivu at the moment, as this is the biggest deal of the season for them. We need maximum cash in order to go for anyone else. Quag would of been nice, Di Natale could be an alternate if Roma want...we have to wait and see.

Reggina right-back Mesto had been heavily linked with Luciano Spalletti’s side this summer, but over the weekend there have been some new developments.

According to media reports, the Italian international with two caps to his name has been tempted by a counter-offer from Udinese.

They have bid cash plus his replacement in the Under-21 Azzurri side, Marco Motta, to take Mesto to the Stadio Friuli.

He had also been named as one of Juventus’ targets earlier this summer.

Mesto started his career at Reggina in 1998, spending just two seasons on loan in Serie C with Cremonese and Fermana.

Yup...i'm just thankful that we have Totti/De Rossi/Perrotta who are untouchable. Knowing we have them, takes some of the pressure off. But i fu*king hate how we can't buy players we want...so frustrating.
