He's been on the shopping list of Juve and INTER also.
Not sure where he's going though.

Hyypia impresses Roma
Quote:
Roma have been impressed with Sami Hyypia's tremendous performances in the UEFA Champions League.
The Liverpool stopper was in superb form during his side's goalless draw at Juventus that clinched a semi-final spot with Chelsea in Europe's premier competition.
Watching representatives from the Giallorossi were so enthusiastic about the Finland international's qualities that they may consider a summer bid for the Reds defender.
Rafa Benitez will want to retain Hyypia but the centre back is out of
contract in 2006, and has yet to sign fresh terms at Anfield.
Roma are seeking a replacement for Traianos Dellas, who is set to leave, but there has been no contact yet for Hyypia.
Another Champions League star being linked with Roma is Bayern Munich striker Claudio Pizarro.
The Peruvian has been trailed by scouts from the capital club for some time and an offer is expected to be tabled in the close season.
Pizarro is also out of contract in 2006 and Bayern Munich may decide to cash in on his talents if the price is right.

I would be very surprised if they sign him considering the amount of talented defenders they already have (Chivu,Mexes,Cufre and Ferrari)

Carlo no to Roma link
Quote:
Carlo Ancelotti has insisted he has no intention of leaving Milan to take over at former club Roma.
Ancelotti is a favourite son of the Giallorossi, but has quickly moved to stop rumours that he will walk away from coaching Milan to return to the club.
"I can't go to Roma," said Ancelotti - who is still battling for the Serie A title and the UEFA Champions League.
"I'm happy to stay here with Milan, though obviously it is hard to say no to them.
"I don't need to wait until the summer to make a decision. I am staying at Milan."
Zdenek Zeman and Serse Cosmi are current favourites to be handed the role, although Cesare Prandelli could be a dark horse.

Real Madrid and Roma admits talk
Quote:
Real Madrid and AS Roma are currently talks about a potential partnership alliance.
Real president Florentino Perez has good relationship with Roma counterpart Franco Sensi and the pair are negotiating a deal which would see them having first refusal on each clubs' players
|
Francesco Totti, Mancini, Antonio Cassano or Daniele De Rossi to Real Madrid in the summer??

Well, don't read too much into it. Though a future Totti deal could be in the works. It doesn't mean that they are going to get all your good players.
Secondly, you could get some potentially good talent coming the other way, in terms of loan deals or outright buys.
Real has not been that great of late in judging talent...look at Cambiasso, and Mori last year.
You could benefit from this.
