It's weird because he got a decent number of games last season but Spalletti seems to have gone off him now.

Maybe a loan would be best.

I think maybe a loan but also perhaps a first choice youth team place until he become outstanding there...we want to keep him...but experience elsewhere is also an option

Nah, not the Primavera. He's 20 now, he needs Serie A experience.

Yeah, maybe a team like Parma where they're used to handling young players and where he'll get regular playing time.

To be honest it doesn't really matter though, he just needs to be playing.

i can see a bright future for Rosi...he has the potential he just needs to develop skill at times he doesnt seem comfortable...esp sometimes when he plays RW

What do you think his best position is?

I've seen him play on the left and right of midfield and I know he can play as a wing back as well. I'm just not sure where he does best.

MR? the wing is too big of a responsibility for him there and hes not too good there...i remember he kept losing the ball, and to lose possesion on the RW is crucial

Hopefully he'll learn a trick or two off Mancini.

He definitely has potential though and he deserved his call up to the Italian U21 side.

Ofcourse...watching Rosi you can see he has skill and good technique, but it needs to be developed so more football is better, esp the U21

When he played the right wing, he was used because he has good speed. He did lose the ball at times, but that was because he was young and inexperienced. Just we used to use Alvarez on the right, he was quick as well. A loan to a mid table club would be ideal. He won't be getting any playing time now with Tavano and Willy and Aquilani returning. Roma need to think about this kid's future!

You never know, he could do what Aquilani did and go to Triestina for a season.

I don't think playing in Serie B would be such a bad idea as long as he's guaranteed to be playing every week.

He's made 11 appearances in Serie A this season (7 as a sub) and has a goal and assist to show for his efforts. He's also made two substitute appearances in the CL.
