Marco Cassetti has become a key figure for Roma this term, but he insists that there’s much more to come from the Giallorossi.
With Milan stuttering, Roma have emerged as Inter’s main challengers in the Scudetto race, but Cassetti doesn’t think Luciano Spalletti’s side have shown their full potential.
“So far I would give us 7.5 out of 10 for this season,” the ex-Lecce man told Sky Sport Italia.
“We are chasing Inter and almost in the last 16 of the Champions League, so we will weigh up our achievements at the end of the season and you can ask me then.
“Luciano Spalletti has done a great job since he arrived, it’s hard to imagine how anyone could argue with the results.
“Since I’ve been here we have won the Coppa Italia and the Italian Super Cup and finished second in Serie A behind the Inter juggernaut,” he concluded proudly.
