Actually clubs tend to play a lot of the youngsters most of the time, partly to give them a chance to prove themselves and partly because there's a lot of friendly matches.

I meant to say that Roma have 95% of their lineup already in place for next season.
But ya, a lot of players will want to prove themselves and earn a sub place.

Friendlies: Top trio tour England
Tuesday 26 June, 2007
There will be some exciting pre-season friendlies, as Juventus, Inter and Roma tour England, plus Milan-Real Madrid and Barcelona-Inter.
British-based fans of Italian football will have a field day on August 4 with three different matches involving visiting Serie A sides.
Juventus celebrate their return to the top flight with a trip to Sunderland, while Roma play West Ham United and Inter take on Aston Villa.
That is not to mention the intriguing prospect of Newcastle United-Juventus at St James’ Park and Manchester United-Inter at Old Trafford.
The traditional mini-tournaments will also be in place, as this year the Trofeo Moretti is staged at the Stadio San Paolo in Naples between Napoli, Inter and Juventus on August 8, then the Trofeo TIM at San Siro sees Milan, Inter and Juve face off on August 14.
The Rossoneri and Bianconeri clash for the Trofeo Berlusconi on August 17, with Carlo Ancelotti’s men travelling to Moscow for a competition with Lokomotiv, Real Madrid and PSV Eindhoven.
Milan take on Real again for the Bernabeu Trophy in Madrid, but the date has not yet been set.

Really doubt it. July 24 is a Tuesday. I hope they show it, it would be nice to see them play. I miss Roma. My Sunday mornings are boring as hell.

Id rather watch totti score them in person, or on screen, rather then just reading it, but i guess this will do if i cant see either!

Before i knew about the video streams online, i used to get text updates and listen to Radioradio.it and listen to commentary. Didn't understand everything, but i could follow the play action.

radioradio.it is pretty good, they broadcast majority of Roma games...and Lazio as well.
