Congrats to me for becoming a ZIO again...sister gave birth yesterday afternoon to a baby girl...baby 8 lbs. Named her Ashley.

Congrats dude! No real neices of nephews for me yet...even though my older brother is 36 now...but like a lot of italian american families...my cousins kids and my kids are cousins, and my cousins kids are my nieces and newphes..i guess thats always how we have done it...
I dont know if i mentioned it or not because i wasnt here then, but my newphew was born August 30th 2007...we are coming up on 1 year now...hes just starting to be able to stand and walk with help...couple more weeks he should be walking on his own...i cant wait!..

Suprisingly he looks more like my kid then my cousins kid lol...got the brown hair and norther italian blue eyes lol...my cousins real italian looking dark dark hair and eyes and beard lol

I know how you feel.....my sister and her husband both have brown eyes, but my niece has blue eyes like me. When they are 1 yrs old, they're great. Saying cute things and understand a lot. Once they start walking, means more running after them...they're pretty quick and strong.

Ya, when my niece was small...my aunts would try and steal her from my arms...and she wouldn't go with them bc she was more comfortable with me. Even at the hospital the other day...my aunts n uncles would be in the play room...the moment i step out, she follows.
