Yam but our core group is getting older...when they start to retire or become less effective...we dont have another core group of youngsters to train them, because we either cant pay them...another teams steals them, or weve sat them on the bench for 5 years and theyve gotten fat and have no experience

Roma have Mexes, DDR, Aquilani, Perrotta, Cicinho that should be around for the next 5 years...so i think they are in decent shape in that sense. But, outside our starting 11...were pretty weak.

i agree on perotta but not cicinho.
cicinho was the other good signing we made last season.he had what i like to call a "trial season" wch he was quite reached the objectives.spalletti knows how to use him better now and cici knows how we play and has settled in.this season we will see more of him.

Ya, Cicinho played better in the late stages on the season...he's a good signing. Someone to overtake Panucci at RB.

as i said earlier both spalletti and cicinho are still adapting to each other.and at the later stages spalletti found the right way to incoperate him in our squad.
coming season we will see morre of him.

Panucci can't play forever so Cicinho will get a more of a chance next season. He's earned his place and was playing well. Between him and Panucci and a Cassetti...i thin we're set at RB.

defense looks good and has improved since last season compared to the previous 2.
what we lack is up top.

Cerci went to Atalanta on loan.
Was hoping he would get a shot here...but going on loan is a good move. At least he will be in A.
EDIT: WRONG THREAD LOL....THIS IS FOR CERCI, NOT CURCI...MY BAD!!!
