Tavano might not be in our colours either, unless Roma can manage another loan move. If it came down to choosing...i would choose neither...maybe Tavano i would keep...but would rather see both on their ways!

With Tavano it looks like a loan deal or nothing as Valencia are unwilling to budge on their £6m asking price.
Vucinic would be cheaper but he's not as good in my opinion.

Ya, either Loan or nothing. Although both Tavano and Vucinic have both shown their admiration to the club. Neither has impressed...Vucinic hasn't scored and Tavano scored once...but was subbed minutes later...Spalletti can't have any faith in either of the two. Willy has been a great acquirement this season...hope we hang on to him!

well wth extra revanue from cl, we can expect willy to be tied down to us and maybe tavano too but maybe spalleti will opt to bring another striker from calcio itself then abroad.

Ya, i believe it's £2m for Wilhelmsson...i call him Willy because i always somehow manage to forget his proper spelling lol....but for £2m, Roma better snatch him up. Would be foolish to let him go. He provides much pace and skill and also comes back defensively to help out!

I rate him along with De Rossi, Perrota and Mancini. He's won my heart from the moment he stepped on the pitch. He's made a few errors here and there, but his quick speed makes up for any errors!

he was what roma needed.another wing man thats why he is impressive for us.now all we need is another forward and another player addition to our back 4.in the future we cant hope totti alone to create nor score the goals.
a good team create and scores goals from all over the pitch every player has fair chip.

I think we need a couple defenders...one center and one Left back...along with a top quality striker.....we should be good. Maybe keep Ferrari as well. Having two center backups would be good.

Yeb'm...you know what Roma's like if one of the most creative DF is missing due to injury/suspension, tend to lose the ball, clear badly, or silly passes...should tie the CD down

I think Chivu and Mexes will not leave. The stories in the papers recently suggest they will sign eventually. But i don't think Roma are too bad when either of the CB aren't playing. Sure, were not the same, but i feel we are worse off if Mexes isn't playing, rather then Chivu.

Definitely, Mexes is the best CB in Italy at the moment.

Chivu seems to lose out on a few more balls then Mexes. And Mexes is usually very composed and calm when handling the ball in his area...he's been phenomenal this season!
