True...if your going to compete in a match...give it your all. But if the game is not as important...give as much as you can without risking injury.

Ya i think thats why we arent winning alot this pre season, because we are subbing out our guys who are our good players so we dont risk hurting them,

Ya, but that's what the friendlies are for...just like the NHL pre season(Which starts Sept 18 for us) let the young kids play, change the lineups etc. Many teams get destroyed in pre season, but have great seasons afterwards...so hard to determine true quality.

yep, thats the main point of pre-season, no matter you loose, win draw.its all for the purpose of getting back th match fitness, and also dont worry about our morale.it will be high as the players know pre-season is just like another day in gim and no point pushing too much and risk getting injured  |

Ya, the morale seems fine. Especially as they joked around int he pool in that video we saw. Seems the new guys are blending in well and befriendling other teammates.

Ya i know morale is high im just saying a pre season win over juve could make all the guys more condifent of their talents and confident of the fact that we are going to compete this year in serie A and in CL as well

I think totti will score 20+ and heres why...he missed 7 Pks last season, that on top of his 26 would have given him 33 goals last season, even if totti socres less goals this season say 13....making those 7 pks this season will put him over...but i dont think that totti is going to go from 26 goals to 13 he might even break 20 again just on non pk goals alone if you ask me...hes in better shape this year then last year!

Im with you Bro.Im happy if he scores 20 even.Not many Strikers....or in this case attacking midfielders...score 20+ goals twice in a row.To think he could have scored more goals then Toni last season when the big man scored 30 goals.That is pretty effing scary.

Ya, Totti will not miss as many PK as he did last season. So, i agree with both of you. If he gets 20 goals...i will be very happy. And he is 100% fully fit at the moment so need for him to be lacking any confidence.
