Post How will Real look in 08/09 ??

Real is known as the team which splashes money in the summer market more than any other team.

Many players are linked everyday with a move to Real Madrid.

How do you think the Real Madrid squad will look in 08/09 ??

I'm sure of the departure of Soldado, Saviola.

As for Robinho, Diarra, Drenthe, De La Red, Granero & Dudek they might leave . But I hope that all of them ,without an exception, will stay.

C. Ronaldo, Hleb, Quaresma, Diego, Drogba, Huntlaar, Villa... are all linked with Real Madrid. But I don't see more than two of them coming, and a bad feeling in me is telling that Cristiano is one of those two. (God, I really hate him !! don't make me live with sorrow ... )

Predicting our XI for the next season is a very tough thing....

What do you think ? Who'll come ?? Who'll leave ?

I think we just will see 2-3 new faces while 4-5 players will leave. I hope/think that will be Baptista, Soldado, Saviola, Dudek and Balboa.

Madrid have bought Garay, but he shall play the next season for Santander unfortunately.

Strong rumours in Marca and AS when it comes to David Villa. And I think they'll get in a new offensive midfielder.

But history says that Madrid will be a step down next season, and that Barca will be much better together with Sevilla and a couple of others. I don't think (I'm actually pretty sure) that Madrid not will dominate La Liga in 08/09, A S T H E Y D I D T H I S S E A S O N !

Real Madrid don't need so many reinforcements.

Sure you hit a slup when Roma knocked you out 'cause of your injuries. But you really have a solid squad. It showed this year.

You don't need any luxuries.

No doubt whoever you sign you'll do it in your usual classless way of going to the papers and unsettling the player.

Fingers crossed Barca or Valencia get their signings right to put you in your place.

A striker will be a big signing I think, probably being either Huntelaar or Villa. Maybe another winger but I think you're set in that department personally.

You've got Javi Garcia, Granero and de la Red coming in to replace part of the leaving 4-5 players. Diarra will be the big one, I think Madrid should keep him but they may end up selling.

They'll also have a cheeky bid for Kaka, Fabregas and Ronaldo which will probably both fail again.

So why do you think Barca and Valencia haven't been succesful with their signings??

Valencia has spent 208 millions euro since 2004. Players such as: Di Vaio, Fiore, Corradi, Kluivert, José Enrique, Tavano, Butelle, Regueiro, Viana, Estoyanoff, Del Horno y Fernandes.
None of them were succesful signings

Barcelona has spent less amount of money with the same result: failure.
Henry is the best example that provers my point. Gudjohnsen? Yaya? Zambrotta? Abidal? Milito?

Is the papers who unsettle the clubs, or the players themselves? Can any paper unsettle a club?? and if so, what kind of club is vulnerable to what a paper says?? Manchester?? I dont think so....

A player that wants to change club, must pressure from the inside to let them know he is willing to move to a different club.
Or else, how would a club contact a player in which the club is interested?? Calling Ferguson and asking him to sell Ronaldo?? Don't make me laugh.

Welcome to the football business mates. Like in any other business, something you want is something you will have to fight for.

Otherwise, you will end like Barca and Valencia, buying players with no success. Overspending. No returns, and worst, no prestige.
