Real Madrid 1-0 Real Murcia
Sunday 13th April- 18:00 UK - Primera Division
Surely 3 points and a performance for Madrid against a team who is currently 19th in La Liga. 3 points and a slip up from Villarreal or Barca will all but seal the title for Madrid.

Any news on Super Man (PEPE) ? I think he was on the bench last weekend, would be good if he returns to fitness in such a crucial stage.

I scouted their probable lineup and apparently most Madristas expect the expensive alien to be back in the squad.
A Torres - Marcelo wingback partnership with Canna or Heinze partnering Pepe. Raul also as a lone striker with Robben and Robinho supporting although maybe Higuain starting if thy're unlucky.

Sneijder just opened the score with a very nice right footed strike.
Meanwhile, Salgado has been brought on for Robinho

terrible tackle.
pepe used an elbow few mins before perhaps should have got more than just a yellow.
man marking Raul interesting tactic.
Real have been very poor even tho they are a man down, Murcia look more likely to win this game.

considering we went a man down early on, we did well to not concede and win it

A very hard sent-off to Torres. IMO a yellow card were enough. However, Madrid won the match and took all the points. Deserved? IMO yes.

I have taken a foot bad and at the same time I saw the future in the bubbles: Real Madrid will win La Liga 2007/2008.

He intentionally hit Murcia's player on his ankle.
If the ref had given a yellow, I wouldn't complain, but I think the red is fair.
Pepe at RB was great!

Well, I had accepted the red card if the referees had started to give red on tackles like this. We can almost see episodes like this in every match we see on TV/Live, and 98 % of the time the referee gives a yellow and a warning that 'red is next'

Madrid need 10 points to clinch the title with 6 games remaining.
Although Barca will slip up so they'll need less.
