I think I got it, hehe
..................Casillas
Cicinho...Ramos...Cannavaro...R.Carlos
....Emerson.....Baptista......Diarra
......................J-M Guti
---------Nistelrooy - Ronaldo-------------
* Cassano, Beckham, Robinho, Woodgate and Raul as super subs. Only sad with this formation is Robinho. He must play regular IMO.
Baptista played central midfielder the first year in Sevilla, if I dont remember wrong.

ye Baptista was original a dm. be he scored so many goals they just put him in a attacking midfielder thats what that real madraid manager brought him for to play in midfield and baptista didnt really like playing there he wanted to be more forward, why he didnt have such a good start at real.

I agree with the firmation, but I prefer Robinho to Ronaldo.

I just dont trust Guti in that role personally. It be a big step to replace Zidane.

How about Raul is Batista's place?
Kind of a square in the midfield:
......................Casillas
Cicinho...Ramos...Cannavaro...R.Carlos
............Emerson.........Diarra
...............Guti.............Raul
........Nistelrooy...........Robinho
What do you guys think ?

No width will with that one. I'm sure Madrid played with no width 2 seasons ago to terrible effects.

I think this is better tbh. Although Ruud was crap for Man Utd up on his own last season (I'd play Cassano rather than Raul though). Capello does like different tactics, such as the 343 for Roma, he played 442 with us.
I think he'll play with 2 up top, although he may try and play a similar system to Barca, maybe...

That's a bit similar to mine.
I don't think Beckham will play often this season.

It's the same except Raul will play more attacking while Guti would be more midfield.
Beckham is a Capello-type player as he always works hard and has some quality. Beckham will play if the system needs his crossing.

You have a good point, but I think Capello will make the team younger and might play with Robinho and Cassano.

I'm not sure about the young team. As Capello is building for immediate success. His Juve team were all getting on but we still won (regardless of this match-fixing shite).

Yes, Capello has to make the team win.
When is the first Real Madrid's game ?
By the way, Barcelona won the SuperCup, 4-0 on agregate.
