Ronaldo. Too fat, too lazy and too many injuries. Yes he scores goals but he never works.

Who Should Leave RM?
Pablo Garcia
Thomas Gravesen
Alvaro Mejia
Francisco Pavon
Michel Salgado
Ivan Helguera
( Carlos, Becks and Raul ) but I'm a bit splitted because of many reasons.
Who should continue?
The young and talented players. Casillas, Cicinho, Robinho, Baptista, Cassano, Bravo, Ramos, Diogo, Woodgate + keep Ronaldo, Guti, Bravo ( Becks, Raul, Carlos )
Who should the club buy?
new leftback, central defender, defensive midfielder, offensive midfielder and perhaps a new striker if Ronaldo or Cassano leaves the club.
If they can run this next season, they will have a young and talented lineup:
Casillas
Cicinho - Ramos - Woodgate - A.Cole
Xabi Alonso
Beckham - Baptista - Robinho
Ronaldo - Cassano
Just an example. And just my opinion.

I am agree that Ronaldo is frustrated sometimes.
But Ronaldo is not a worker. His task is not to work and help the midfield or defence. His task is to score goals and this is his playing style. Yes, he is lazy outside the field but suddenly he explodes and scores the winning goal.
Ronaldo is still top three strikers in the world. Its long time I have seen Ronaldo so good for Real Madrid before the injure in Marc. He scores and scores and the Barcelona goal at Camp Nou is just an example of how good he is.
But its sad that Ronaldo has been so much injured this season. He got a heavy injure which put him back for months before christmas, and he has been injured since Marc now.
However, I hope he will continue next season for Real Madrid, because he is still worldclass. And I hope he will avoid injures.

Cassano, Gravesen and Pablo Garcia should leave RM.
It wud be great if Cesc and a good winger like Arjen Robben comes to Real

As for Ronaldo I pretty much agree with Pennywise statement. Ronaldo is a world class striker with a different role to others that you might think of. He is not there to help the team but to score goals from any kind of chances (100 goals in 3 years is not a bad figure). Thats his style, thats how he succeeds.
On the Beckham topic, he should never leave. He is a worker. And in contradition of what he might look out the field, he is the spirit and commitment that other players have seem to forgotten. Last 3 years at Madrid he proved he is a helpful energetic midfielder and the best passer in the world. How he should go??
IMO,
Gravesen, Michel Salgado, Helguera should leave. Roberto Carlos should stay the two years he asks for as I cant see a better replacement without investing loads of money that could be used in a different player position.
We need 2 midfielders at least, one (top) or 2 defenders and a striker if any other leave.
Cesc agent has been in talks with RM to offer the player to any candidate president interested to use him as a the beginning of a change(younger) in the club. I'd like it...
A new Makelele (or better), for instance Diarra, O.Lyon. Or Garcia from Osasuna is another youth talent.
And Chivu or Carvalho would be my choice for the defense

Beckham should definately stay, he has been one of Real's most consistent performer in the last couple of seasons.
I think that with a few quality signings Real will be as good as Barca and the fight for La Liga would be so much more enjoyable.

Isn't Ivan Helguera out of contract or did Real Madrid sign a new deal with the player?

I know Raul have a great status in Real Madrid but it's time to see the facts that he's not good enough anymore to benefit Real Madrid's ambitions.Sometimes you have to do hard resolution but if Real Madrid are going for success you have to get rid with players who is not good enough. It's time to let Raul go.I think the same about Guti too.
Others who should go:
Pavon,Mejia,Portillo,Garcia,Helguera,Gravesen,
Bravo,Soldado.
