Man Utd alerted as Real Madrid to offload trio

A trio of Real Madrid senior players aren't expected to be offered new deals this season.

Real have a policy of beginning new contract negotiations with players two years out from the end of their current contract.

Midfielders Santiago Solari and Alberto Celades, plus goalkeeper Caesar are all inside the final year of their deals and will be allowed to leave at the end of this season.

Solari is expected to hold talks with Manchester United in January about a pre-contract.

César will be aged 35 when his current contract expires next summer, therefore i don't see any reason why we should hold on to him.

Celades just isn't good enough to hold down a place in the Madrid-squad. He will be aged 30 when his current contract expires in 2006, but i hope for the love of God that he will be released from this contract next summer. Maybe allready in January, but that will depend on wheter or not we sign Javier Mascherano.

We have to keep Solari. No doubt in my mind. I'll be very sad to lose him to Man Utd..
