Middlesbrough is reportedly interested in Bosingwa as well, but they won't offer much money.
According to the Daily Mirror:
Middlesbrough are poised for an £8m double swoop for Portsmouth midfielder Sean Davis and Porto defender Jose Bosingwa.

one of Porto best players, in great form,
Miguel will have a hard time winning the position, because his a better player defending and still got time to go on the attack

what's good about the Porto players they stick together, they are not afraid to say no
Bonsingwa says no to Aston Villa, by far our best right defender at this time

Bosingwa has been a legend this season, deserves his starting spot in the national team. Good to know that he wants to stay, great player

more of Bonsingwa to Manchester United
OJOGO ONLINE
Agora é a vez do Manchester

Damn I feared the big guns would come to get Bosingwa. I knew Aston Villa and Middlesbrough wouldn't have what it takes, financially speaking, to take Bosingwa. But not Man Utd nor Chelsea, they are rich and they'll pay whatever it takes to take Bosingwa to England
Shame, he is one class defender. However, he won't leave for 18m €, that is far too low, if anything, it will be close to 25m €, that I can assure of. And, he will definitely not leave in January

I hope this speculation doesn't get to Bosingwa's head, and keeps his feet firmly on the ground.
