I always said this but I think the Coaches are the most Important Influence in a young players development.

Look at Ronaldo we take for granted that Sir Alex doesnt help him mentality but he does.

Also look at the Sporting Academy the coaches there are doing an Incredible Job and are probably making low wages.

I will say this NANI will be a superstar in 2 years time just watch.
