I thought he was fantastic today, great header, passing, runs.

Players miss penalties, the good players move on, I'm sure Ronaldo will, after all, he's now a European Champion, no one can deny his talent now, can they?

Ronaldo missed a pk but he was great during the game

untied should have looked for ronaldo more often, given him more balls he was always making something unlike other attackers out there who didnt have their best of games.

lets not dwell on his pk miss, all the great players miss pks and it can happen to anyone. it could be good that he missed and still won the game because he knows he missed 2 big penalties against chelsea and barcelona so before euro he will hopefully refine his pk style. nani also scored a nice pk so we can be hopeful he can do the same in euro and ronaldo scored the most important pk of all to help portugal to the world cup semi finals.

Ronaldo today, when he got the ball he made the right decisions. when he ran wit hthe ball he got the better of his opponents when he passed it was on target, he almost had a couple of assists

he is matured he is a big game player now and is ready for euro

he just completed one of the best club seasons ever

btw he did something even all the great brazilian players we all talk about didnt - and that is score a important goal in a champions league final. Kaka didnt Ronaldinho didnt and Ronaldo didnt, 42 goals top scorer in the current best league in the world and top scorer in the CL from the wing.

He's always been the 'Real deal' ever since he was 12 and all the scouts said he was going to be a star. This is an example of a kid who plays his heart out, loves the game and love his country. I expect him to stay for 4 more years as he said in the post-match interview.

Why leave a good thing? Plus, I'll give you three reason he'll stay....

1. He has become a great player at such a young age, in a league where skilled players are not supposed to shine.

2. Nani & Anderson are his best friends. He brought them here, so why leave them out in the open?

3. The EPL is better then Laliga right now, if he were to leave, you can't predict that you'll carry the same form into another destination, plus he has a chance to win many titles with fergie, who has made him a superstar under his wings.

also I think Ronaldo is the first portuguese-born player to score in a champions league final since Graca from Benfica in 1968
