I didnt mean it in an insulting way mate, what I meant was that Ronaldo is fulfilling his potential at United because Fergie is the perfect man to nurture the talent of such mercurial talents. Of course he was a top player and had all the potential in the world when he came to United but look at Ricardo Quaresma who left Sporting in the same summer slightly older than Ronnie and he choked at Barca because the coach didn't treat him well and he was too immature. Quaresma should join his buddy Ronaldo at United, i'd like to see them tear EPL defences a new arsehole every week. 8)

for what Barcelona did after Figo decided to go to Real Madrid, after given up so easy on Quaresma and Simao when they were U 21, I would rather see him stay at Manchester United

Cristiano Ronaldo terá dito a Hugo Viana que está de saída do Manchester United rumo a Espanha. A revelação foi feita pelo internacional português ao serviço do Valência ao jornal londrino "The Sun".

"Barcelona ou Real Madrid são os destinos ansiados por Cristiano Ronaldo", disse Hugo Viana ao "The Sun".

"Ele não ficará muito mais tempo no United", acrescentou Viana, amigo de longa data de Cristiano Ronaldo, desde os tempos em que ambos jogavam no Sporting.

"O Ronaldo tem trabalhado duramente e, dentro de pouco tempo, estará noutra equipa mais importante do que o United", assegurou Hugo Viana.

De acordo com o jornal londrino, a revelação de Ronaldo a Viana terá acontecido, aquando o encontro particular entre o Portugal e o Brasil.

Miguel, companheiro de Viana no Valência, terá participado na conversa, adianta ainda o tablóide inglês.

"Toda a gente sabe que quando equipas como o Barcelona ou o Real Madrid querem um jogador, ele acaba por assinar", afirmou Viana, acrescentando: "Nós dissemos-lhe que o nome dele está a ser muito associado a uma transferência para Espanha. Ele é muito modesto mas, em todo o caso, sabemos que ele gostaria de vir."

O médio português disse ainda ao "The Sun" que "uma equipa como o Barcelona, Real Madrid ou Valência seria perfeita para ele. Ele cresceu muito depressa como jogador e encontra-se agora entre os três melhores jogadores do mundo, juntamente com Ronaldinho e Deco."
