Whats the deal with him storming off during the celebrations last night? he took his medal of his neck and did not look at all happy! is it coz he has already signed for chelsea? Anyone know why he acted like this?

He sounds and looks like a great manager and seems like he will do very well at chelsea.

What formations at Porto did he like to play?

What is he best at doing as a manager and other things us chelsea fans may not know about him?

He is a quality manager. Just a bit arrogant is his only weakness i think and that does cost you in the premiership at times ie mr frenchwit at arsenal.

mourinho uses three basic formation his entire time here depending on the situation and team he was playing

his favorite was a 4-3-3 but when trying to hold a lead this quickly becomes a 4-5-1
if the wingers aren't aviable for a 4-3-3 he swithes to a 4-4-2 and plays a straight forward game used alot also when he's holding a lead in the second game.
however if he has the players he want, his favorite is a 4-1-2-1-2
four at the back a DM, a RM and LM, a CAM and 2 strikers. The right and left back will push up so far as they play as LW and RW during attacking possessions

one thing about mourinho you will know quickly. he doesn't mince words and is very bold. at first you'll think he cocky and arrogant but you will soon learn that this isn't the case he just knows how good he is. example when he took over at porto he said this season is lost and we will be stuck in 3rd place but next year we will win it all and a treble did come. the man does his home work and he doesn't let tolorate any bs from his palyers. you also will not see him yelling at his players on the pitch if they screw up. at most just a shrug of the shoulders as to say i told you so. he is a task master and there will be no favorites on your team he doesn't have a problem with benching a palyer to shake him up. mourinho place team first and chelsea will play as a unit next year. there won't be eleven players on the pitch there will be one team

He sounds like he know's what hes doing and its all looking good.

He said when he joined to not call him arrogant, i dont think he is like you said he seems to know alot and what he wants.

Some of our players need someone like him to shake them up so they actually play for the team. We need team spirit and he seems like he will give it.

You also said he does his homework and on the Chelsea site it says that hes already started on some documents for the club.

It all sounds good and he seems like he will bring things to chelsea what we need, team spirit, players that will play for the team and some trophies!!
