Can Short Players Survive in the Game of Futebol?
Joao Pinto, Joao Moutinho, Miccoli ,Leo are some players that have proved people wrong....
Even with Legends Pele and Maradona who are both 5'6 have really Made strides for Small Players8)

yeah, also look at Messi hes probably 5'6 and can wreck havoc
and the two greatest players of all time Pele and Maradona as you pointed out.
if they have great skills on the ball and are smart then they can succeed definitely, its not like other sports like football or basketball or even hockey where size is absolutely necessary.

Yes...but if they want to be really good they have to be very strong/tough like Messi, Zola, Tevez, Moutinho, Scholes and Miccoli.
All really short, but very strong and don't get knocked off the ball easily...If Robinho could toughen up like them he Could be as good as anything.

Indeed as long as your built well you can succeed you can't be 5'6" and be able to be knocked off the ball with a little bump, if you can handle the defender leaning on you, you can succeed.
