I think they are offering $13m a year contract...that's incredible. NHL wanted a salary cap...they got one. Now, they may lose one of the best players in the league. Hope he does sign for Russia...then Gary will be fired!!!! Then in 2 years, renegotiate the CBA and get rid of the cap.

NHL need to get rid of all the dead weight that was brought about by expansion..They need to downsize and move the struggling franchises to more Hockey based communities..
