It's been the same ever since I've been watching football, Portugal have not produced a single world class goalkeeper, or even a solid guy....the one thing they are all consistently good at is saving penalties.

"Well, that was fun... in a fuckin' terrible, sick, not-at-all-fun way."
Ricardo Quaresma: forever a Porto legend. Thank you for all the memories.

Patricio was terrible in yesterday's game
time for Portugal to call on Quim
in 1986 world cup- Bento was fantastick, even played with a broken foot in the 1-0 over England
Damas was good
Silvino the Mourinho assistant coach at Chelsea also had a great career, did a great job with the Chelsea keepers
special Hilario

How about Hilario? I know that's a bit farfetched but ricardo is done, we can use him for PK'S. Quim deserves to start for Portugal, he paid his dues.
I think Hugo Ventura will be the next best keeper.

Hilario is a really nice guy, but a really poor goalkeeper. Yes, he sometimes has a good save in him and for the most part he won't let you down, but if Petr Cech was grade A, Hilario is grade D.
