the team will be coach by Carlos Dinis, they will starter the preparation next month for the England international tournament and the in the USA on the Nike international tournament, months of August and September
Portugal, like England and Spain are past the first stage of the European competion do to the high ranking teams on the U 17 competion.

As Selecções Nacionais sub-19 e sub-17 vão iniciar, na próxima segunda-feira, a preparação da nova época, com a realização dos respectivos estágios no Estádio Nacional. Confira os convocados.




O seleccionador dos sub-17, Carlos Dinis, vai ter à sua disposição um grupo de 46 atletas, de onde fará a convocatória para os dois primeiros compromissos da equipa das quinas: o torneio internacional de Inglaterra e o Torneio Nike (Estados Unidos), que terão lugar nos meses de Agosto e Setembro, respectivamente. Recorde-se que os sub-17 estão isentos da primeira fase de apuramento para o Europeu da categoria de 2007, a ter lugar na Bélgica, uma vez que, a par de Espanha e Inglaterra, lideram o «ranking» da UEFA no escalão.
