This was a disgrace and the whole Portuguese Federation should be ashamed for the show they put on in Canada..Sending our best players to lose in the Netherlands in front of empty seats, but they decided to send a bunch of no names to Canada to play in the under 20 World Cup is a bigger joke..The stadum was loaded with Portuguese and many of whom travel miles just to watch their team play...The coach is a disgrace for not preparing his team and sitting out half of his starters, but leaving the most important player in the line up to get his ankle broken...If you're more concern about getting to the next round and want to protect your key players then why did he left Gama in the starting lineup..I was at the game and I felt really embarass with the dispaly and had to endure 2 Gambian fans laughing behind me..Portugal had the best support in this World Cup, but I guess that means nothing to this group of players and the coach...
