Maybe he should work on his game more. The kid was a star in the youth level.

I believe he needs a mentor. He has all the tools to be a good player but somehow either it's his lack of confidence or something else, he is not on his A game.

I will do some research trying to figure out what's wrong with him.Remember the same thing happened to magno fonseca, Where is he now? scoring goals after a couple of bad seasons.

Very true -- SOME player not all. A player needs confidence and dedication if they want to become an elite player. You can have all the talent in the world (Viana) but if you don't have the right mindset -- your screwed.

Caiado reminded me of a young Quaresma. Used his speed, agility and moblized the midfield with his passes.

David Ciade is no where near Ricardo Quaresma. He will never get a cap for Portugal AA Team

I said he reminded me of him, You can't compare apples with oranges. Some players are busts, Some survive. Like Viana, All the talent but crap.

I trust your judgment but with the talent in the AA level -- it will ba hard anyway.

I know he can contribute alot to a teams success still is a Good player but has been struggling this season.

It's the dedication and will of a player. With all the people doubting him, He will work that much harder.
