Proud because this players the scored more then 200 goals each, and all of the goals scored in the portuguese league

I was too young to remember Fernando Gomes in action
but my Dad used to talk about how good he was when I was younger

but howcome he never had much of an impact at NT level?
I think I saw his NT stats somewhere and they definitely do not correspond well
with his FC Porto stats.. if i remember correctly

after been the captain for Benfica two CL he played one season with Rapid Vienna in Austria, his departure and coach Bela Guttman was the difference we lost the final of the CL to Milan.

a lot people said if both had stayed, Benfica would had one a 3rd CL championship,

yeah, I think if Mario coluna didnt suffere injury they could have won 1963

they were winning 1-0, and then coluna got injured that is a huge loss and then they lost 1-2 I seen footage of it so thats how I know.

hahaha i knew u wouldnt forget it Frank you know
everything about Portuguese futebol

I just said it for the hell of it
b/c I actually think they are cursed because in the ways they have lost some of the finals were pretty unlucky

63 - we discussed wat happened with coluna
65- fluke goal thru perreiras legs, playing inter in san siro. perreira injury
68- hmm.. not so much I guess eusebio not scoring that last chance of regulation time is a bad sign

88- penalies
90- dont know much about this game.
