If I lived in Toronto I would diffently live by the Beaches..As a native New Yorker I really love Toronto and I had a great time. At first I hated your city because it remained me of Greenwich village near Christopher street. Then I discover the other Toronto which looked so European and I love the fact they have a coffee shop on every street corner.

I love the fact they have a coffee shop on every street corner

I always tend to stay Late in the summer near Coffee shops and converse with my Friends its really cool when you walk and everything is catered to you.

The Summertime is where its happening not so much in the winter....

Toronto reminds me of a Chicago and New york Mainly because the Landscape is similiar. But you should visits the small clubs you just have to find it even if your a Jazz Fan.

We need more Tourists because T-dot is drowning of the past years mayhem.I try to Revive it with Gigs and Events but It is a Tough sell because of Peoples Perception all Influenced by the Media by other cities with Poor marketing and maybe some Jealousy I can tell you we live Liberated.

I would say T-Dot is more of a Artsy City but up North near Collingwood is Incredible it reminds me of California just dont go near Wasaga it stinks and is overrated.

Good question...

Seriously it is a very tough question to answer right now IMO but I think in the next 2-3 seasons in the run up to euro 2008 the answer will be clearer.

I am going to say Hugo Almeida he has got size and stregth and a good header and a powerful left foot just needs to gain some experience and consistency.

The problem with Almeida is that he is at FC Porto a club right now which doesnt give its Portuguese youths a shot (like Sporting is doing) but they seem to have reasonable faith in Almeida he is slowly making his way but knowing Porto I wouldnt be surprised if they buy 2 more random brazilian strikers like meyong or whatever and push Almeida further down the pecking order.
that being said Sporting doesnt have any striker spots open to Portuguese youths right now, Portuguese clubs always seem to rely on foreign strikers and I think that is a big reason why the talent pool at striker for Portugal isnt as deep as it should be.

I hope Sporting tries to work VARELA into the lineup he can play striker alongside Liedson and if he gets the opportunity it can be a success I feel he reminds me of Louis Saha.

Vaz te shows flashes of brilliance too and seems to be good on the ball and smooth.
but like Almeida he is itching to crack the first team

Repped

but if not will be 2-0 (my serious prediction)

but if Portugal doesnt bring their A game I definitely see Angola shocking us and winning!!!

After coming out poorly in the openers of the last two tournaments (04 Greece, 02 USA)
I have a feeling they learned their mistakes and will come out strong in the opener

GOOD POINT!!!

On wwitv.com you can get markazi tv under Iran. It's a californian station that shows Persian music videos , movies, news, and soccer highlights.

Vaz Te is a decent young player with a lot of potential...but if he is the best young striker you have then your striker problems will continue to haunt you for years....

U21 Fortuna will be the portuguese striker after the world cup, he had a great year scoring 12 goals in the Bulgaria first division, was bought by Bulgaria top team CSKA and continue's to score.

my opinion

In Portugal we are weak at this position, and I agree with you but we are a country of wingers.
