My bad! We have plenty of wingers but Coentrao will win a spot.

What happened to Gama?

Cause he's getting playing time and I see him being the best prospect we have. I can say the same thing for Barbosa but Porto are fools.

At the U20 WC, he was our best player.... He needs to mature but there's no disputing he can be a provider on the pitch. Maturity is all he needs and you'll people see why he's going to be the best Rio Academy player from their system.

I agree with your first sentence, I think Coentrao has more of a chance then the Porto youths.. even if the FCP kids are rated higher Coentrao has more of a chance at playing regularly for Benfica and that is better for his development.. barbosa, gama, and vierinhha keep getting loaned out .

but at u20, he wasnt the best player at all. Antunes was better, Gama was better until he got injured, and Pele was better. Coentrao hogged the ball and wouldnt pass, hed keep running until he lossed it.

if he matures and passes the ball he can be a good player. hes quick and turns fast and seems to have a good shot.

You forget that he was the primary offensive source on that team, Zequinha was second.

Gama is being lost in the shuffle. Porto are idiots. They have so much talent yet they keeping loaning out their talent every year.

FC will start for Benfica. He'll score, and pass and people will still cuss him out.

Wembley Stadium - Major Events

The game will be played at Wembley Stadium on August 20th. An important match for Portugal, a must win. Veloso, Rui Patricio will be a part of this team.

Both games against England are in September.
Tomorrow Portugal plays Czech Republic in a friendly.

U21 roster

Siena: Gonçalo Brandão;
Saint-Etienne: Paulo Machado;
Bolton: Vaz Té;
Trofense: Helder Barbosa;
Estrela Amadora: Nuno André Coelho e Vítor Vinha;
Leixões: Vasco Fernandes;
Paok: Vieirinha;
Rio Ave: Miguel Lopes;
Olhanense: Castro;
Sp. Braga: Stélvio;
Sporting: Daniel Carriço, Miguel Veloso, Pereirinha, Ricardo Batista e Rui Patrício;
Valencia: João Moreira e Manuel Fernandes;
V. Setúbal: Bruno Gama e Saleiro.
