Beacause Pedro Emanuel has done a lot more in his career than Rocha, and he is a better player than Rocha. But hey, Scolari manda not me.

Emanuel and Rocha play similar styles but I think Emanuel has the Edge on him.
Both Guys are Mean stricken and have the Poise I think is Good.

I pick them to win the World Cup when I saw a game at the Qualifiers they were amazing and blew out there group.

They are both similar, the difference is that Rocha has been benched for much of this season. Ok so he did a good jod against Dingo but can he bwe that consistent?
