I missed the game due to a conference, so guys keep us posted. Like I said, play the players that are in form and you'll get results.

Good result but Portugal still isnt playing at their level

I didnt see the last 15 minutes I had to go to the dentist appointment

heres some quick notes I have

*Quaresma was disapointing again
*C.Ronaldo played well as usual, unlucky not to score or assist goals because he hit the post 1 or 2 times and made some nice passes and he was being attacks by azer players the whole game,
* Miguel Veloso OUTSTANDING performance in his first game for the NT
*Hugo Almeida good performance, he has potential to be the starting #9 and should have the spot now, his presence in the area you can see a big difference defenders were drawn to him and he scored a goal.
*Bruno Alves good header for the goal but made a bad mistake on D Azeri almost scored
*Deco played better than recent matches but hes still "hit and miss" at times
*Great to have Ricardo Carvalho out there
*We need to find a LB, Ferreira just is not comfortable on the left.

Your right, I'm not gonna judge the game cause I haven't seen it yet but with the amount of talent we have now, this is a sure bet that what we displayed today should be our natural line-up. Scolari has to realize that, were not completely in form but were getting there.

All I have to say is, thank you carvalho....we need him desperately!

As it stands, Polski has 24 pts while portugal is close behind in second with 20 pts. This will come down to the end, hopefully we win the key matches.

We have two winnable games (I'm not underestimating any team) but fate is in our hands. Kazakhstan away & Armenia at home with finland being the most important match.

Hey jec where did you get your info?

I just checked the uefa website and poland are tied right now with khazakstan in the second half 1-1. and finland are still tied with belgium 0-0.
