Very different players. Rui Costa was a prollific passer. Mendes is like a Maniche, very powerfull shots but could work on passing. Rui Costa was precise and could shake off defenders with a simple head shake. Costa never really had a great shot.

Rumors are that he is going back to Syberia. He has not made a big impact at Chelsea. Kinda hard when they have so many stars. I still think Maniche needs to be benched, he has barelly played this year.
