Just because they don't measure upto your idea of showing passion by trashing the place completely and putting people at risk does not mean they are any more "passionate" than any other group of fans!

Of course not. My point was that all clubs have bad elements. If Parma wins the scudetto, and they are playing in a big city, they will riot too.
Lastly, this is not the appropriate thread to discuss the conduct of fans. We have some stickied in the main calcio section.

Is Parma really a big city in the grand scheme of things? with well under 200,000 people I don't think so and any fan rioting be they winners or not is going to hurt the locals badly much much worse than if this happened in Rome or Turin.
Yes I agree that all clubs have their bad element but come on trash the place when you win??? What the hell would they have been like if Parma denied Inter the Scudetto? That's why I really don't get their reaction

Not to mention a nursery all places! Originally they said school, now nursery. Which ever, that's just wrong, and I dont ever remember Juve or Milan fans doing that type of damage when they won a scudetto.

Juventus’s Serie A clash at home to Parma today has been called off following the death of a visiting Parma fan who was run over and killed by a bus at a highway rest stop. According to the ANSA news agency, the bus was empty at the time of the incident but was being used to transport Juventus fans to the game in Turin.
The incident occurred at a service area outside Turin on the A21 highway. The fan has been identified 28-year-old Matteo Bagnaresi. The incident reportedly followed scuffles or shouting between fans, and the bus driver was moving the vehicle around when the incident occurred.
The bus driver was not aware he had run someone over, he told the highway police after being pulled over a few kilometers (miles) from the scene of the incident. Police in Asti, near the highway rest stop, said they were still verifying the details of the incident.
Both teams announced the postponement of the game on their Web sites.
“Juventus and Parma, with the approval of the appropriate authorities, have decided to postpone the game as a sign of mourning for the incident involving the Parma fan that was traveling to the Turin stadium,” the statement said. “Since it was a tragic fatality, the two clubs decided that the conditions were not right to send the teams out on the field.”
A minute’s silence was held before the other Serie A games played Sunday.
The incident will bring back memories of Gabrielle Sandri’s death last November, an incident that sparked violent protests in several grounds around the country leading to some matches being postponed.
This is a very unfortunate situation, and it would be unwise to comment before we know all the details. Passion in football is one thing but as we’ve discussed earlier, there’s more to life than football.

Ah come on now, that was just a tragic accident the bus driver had no idea what had happened so it is unfair and kind of disrespectful to bring it back up especially when it does nothing to prove whatever point you are trying to make!

Pointless discussion.
Roma fans outside attack United fans in the last few years, are all Roma fans bad? No.
My original point was that I don't condone or support this idiotic behaviour. I hope the dopes get caught and are punished accordingly.
However, this behaviour is not isolated to Inter or the Inter ultras. Far from it.

There's good and bad with every team. It's just a shame that it's not a safe environment for children to attend.
