The relegation battle continues for both Wolfsburg and Bielefeld, however I think Armina have a better chance of staying in the BL.

Bielefeld coach caught drink-driving
It is confirmed that Arminia Bielefeld coach Ernst Middendorp failed a drink-drive blood test early on Sunday several hours after his relegation-threatened club won a key match.
A spokesman for the Guetersloh police said Middendorp's blood-alcohol level was found to be above the legal limit. He was tested after an eyewitness saw him trying unsuccessfully to park a car in the early hours of Sunday.
"The officers gave him a test and determined it to be above the 'unfit to drive' level," the spokesman told German sports news agency SID.
Middendorp was taken to a police station for the test. After failing it, he took a taxi to his hotel, the spokesman said.
Arminia Bielefeld said that Middendorp, 48, had informed them on Sunday morning about the incident. On Monday, Bielefeld said club president Hans-Hermann Schwick, who is an lawyer, would take over Middendorp's defence.

Zuma doubtful
Arminia Bielefeld´s Sibusio Zuma´s return is expected to resume training on Wednesday. It is, however, not clear if he will be fit in time for the match against Bayer Leverkusen.
Abdelaziz Ahanfouf is also still in rehab. The only Arminia player who wasn t upbeat after the important 3-2 victory over Werder Bremen was Kamil Vacek.
The talented Czech midfielder who in three weeks time celebrates his 20th birthday, has suffered a broken foot in last Friday´s training session.

First Bremen last weekend, now Leverkusen this weekend. 6 very big points.
Well done Arminia, never thought they'd be able to take full 6 points.

Well done Bielefeld. They're on such a great form lately, no one can stop them. They've troubled Hannover for an UEFA Cup spot, which looks like they're not getting it anymore. Glad to hear Vata scored.

Tobias Rau [Bielefeld]
Quote:
Arminia Bielefeld defender Tobias Rau has agreed a new two-year contract at the club.
The 25-year-old former Bayern Munich player has fought his way back into the first team under coach Ernst Middendorp in recent weeks after recovering from several injury setbacks and has now been rewarded for impressive performances as Bielefeld managed to steer clear of relegation trouble.
"I'm really looking forward to the next two years," Rau told the club's official website.
"I would never have thought that things would go this way five or six weeks ago."
Four straight Bundesliga victories since the former Germany international defender's return to action have seen Bielefeld jump to 13th in the table ahead of Saturday's final game at title-chasing Schalke.
