Bremen plays home but Bayern is always very strong, so I won't make any predictions for this game.

Werder Bremen's Christian Schulz and Daniel Jensen have returned to full training.
The duo joined their colleagues in a running session on Monday.
Schulz missed Saturday's top clash with Bayern due to muscular problems, Jensen had been hampered with an adductor injury.
Borowski to return soon
Torsten Frings and Frank Baumann did their work-out on the bike, though both are not injured.
Tim Borowski is confident to return to full training soon.

Christian Schulz will miss Bremen's Friday match against FSV Mainz 05.
Bremen Coach Thomas Schaaf announced Schulz's injury after Wednesday's morning team training session.
He explained, "it doesn't look very good. Christian felt something wrong again, so it's a no go for Friday."
Schulz who's been doing rehabilitation training with Daniel Jensen and Per mertesacker was hoping on Tuesday, that after his muscle problems, he'd be able to play in Friday's game against Mainz 05.
Progress for Mertesacker and Baumann
Things look much better for Per Mertesacker, who's finally gotten over his grippe infection and should be training with the team on Thursday.
And Frank Baumann, who's coming off an Achilles tendon injury, would like to start kicking the ball around with his teammates. Coach Schaaf said, "Today Frank only put in some running exercise. There's a chance he'll train with the team Thursday."

Bremen won't have one of their top players, Bauman, who is suspended.
I see Bremen drawing with Chelsea at home.

#25 Peter Niemeyer
Quote:
Werder Bremen director of sport Klaus Allofs has confirmed that the Bundesliga outfit are tracking Peter Niemeyer.
The German Under-21 international currently plies his trade for Dutch side Twente Enschede, but Werder are monitoring his progress with a view to a January move.
"It could well be that there's going to be a deal next year," declared the usually cautious Allofs.
Niemeyer, who joined Twente in 2002, is only tied to the club until 2007 and it is widely believed that the Eredivisie outfit would prefer to sell the defensive midfielder during the winter transfer window rather than risk losing him for nothing next summer.
If Werder should really land Niemeyer, the deal could open the door for unhappy Danish duo Daniel Jensen and Leon Andreasen to leave the club as neither of them has won a starting place in Thomas Schaaf's in-form side.
