Pauleta is finished as a player, the only move he'd be making at nearly 34 is downwards - ie back to the Portguese league. He was fucking useless today, lazy and selfish when he did get the ball. Slow too. I cheered the Bordeaux players along with the rest of the ground, they were that bad.

People don't rate him because he never seems to deliver at the big international tournaments which is true but it's unfair to judge his talent just on that.

Some of the goals he's scored are phenomenal though, I still remember the volley he scored in the French Cup last season.
