civic reception
anyone else go? i got there at 2pm and had a brilliant view, second row back from the barrier right in front of the city hall balcony. 6 hours standing but it was worth it  got soaked with champagne as well! i have some pictures and video clips so i'll see if i can upload them at some point...

football league rules that the trophy can't be awarded at an away ground. it's different for the premiership, i think last season man utd got it at everton.

thats stupid isnt it? O well i guess its better to be awared at a home ground, mainly for safety reasons....not that you get any at Crewe!
