Premiership new boys Norwich City have opened talks with Leicester City's Riccardo Scimeca.
The former Aston Villa defender has a clause in his contract which allows him to move to a Premiership club - should Leicester be relegated.

Now The Foxes relegation has been confirmed - Norwich have made their move for the man who can play in a number of positions.

"I do not want to lose Riccy but he has a clause in his contract that allows him to join other Premiership clubs for a nominal fee following our relegation," said Leicester boss Micky Adams.

"Riccy is fully aware that we want to keep him at this football club. We shall have to wait and see."
