Norwich have signed midfielder Julien Brellier on a free transfer, after he rejected the offer of a new deal at Hearts earlier this summer.
The 25-year-old Frenchman has signed a two-year contract at Carrow Road.
"Julien will be a great asset to us," Canaries boss Peter Grant told his club's website.
"He plays the game at a high tempo and likes to get close to the opposition - and he knows when to fill in to free other players to get forward."
Brellier, who joined Hearts from Inter Milan in 2005, joins fellow new signings Jon Otsemobor, Matthew Gilks and Jamie Cureton at Carrow Road
A Brilliant signing IMO a midfielder who has played at the top (European Football)
could be the possible replacement for Safri ...hope not ..Safri & Brellier in central midfielder would be class
