£2.5 mill offer for Sharp...
News of the world yesterday 1st reported that Norwich City have made a £2.5 million bid for Scunthorpes highly wanted striker Billy Sharp
seems like it is true after few Scunny fans saying the club have received a official £2.5 mill bid
Iron-Bru.net - Iron News: Norwich make Sharp bid
would be a good signing he is a goalscorer and would work well with Earnshaw (if he stays)

Agent: No Sharp decision yet
Quote:
Scunthorpe striker Billy Sharp is 'very happy' at the club but could still be tempted by a move away, according to his agent.
Sharp's goals helped Scunthorpe to earn promotion as League One champions this season, and his impressive form has attracted the interest of several sides including Norwich and Sheffield Wednesday.
And while Sharp's agent, Imre Varadi, believes the player could be tempted to stay with The Irons, he admits he will have to think carefully about his options.
"There is a great deal of interest at the moment as you can imagine," he told the club's official website.
"It is a very exciting time for everyone concerned. He is very happy at Scunthorpe, but we will be having a look at the situation over the summer."

people would think that and it seems to be the reason
BUT
i'd love a Sharp/Earnie partnership ...51 goals between them this season they scored

Earnshaw has been linked with a few clubs even Watford. But we wont spend £5m on him no way someone would have to go in order for that to possibly happen.

Everyone is after Sharp.
Wolves, West Brom, Watford, Norwich are the teams I can think of the top of my head.
It's all Watford fans are talking about at the moment.
We had a cheeky £1m bid turned down in Jan apparently.

Seems like we're in a battle for both players. E&S is claiming Eastwood is signing for us next week though as I said before I'd still prefer Sharp.

its a weird one because how the hell are we able to afford both strikers?
i'd take Sharp anyday ...not to sure about Eastwood..then again he may work well with a Goalscorer - Earnshaw
