Default canaries to fly the nest??

Norwich City have admitted they will not stand in the way of anyone who wants to leave the club, if they are relegated.
The Canaries are battling hard to secure their Premiership status, but they could be relegated this weekend if they lose against Birmingham.
While Norwich are not thinking about the dreaded drop, vice-chairman Barry Skipper acknowledges they could not stop anyone leaving.
The likes of Robert Green, Damien Francis, Dean Ashton and Darren Huckerby are all likely to be wanted by Premiership clubs should the Norfolk outfit go down.
"You can't legislate for the fact that a player might want to go and Nigel [Worthington] will tell you that if a player really does want to move to another club there is very little you can do to keep him," said Skipper.
"All you can really do then is ensure you get the best deal you can.
"The affairs of the club have been organised in such a way that if we do get relegated we don't have to sell any players to balance the books.
"We have said that before''

Oh yeah, just encourage players to leave why dont you!! Talk about holding the door open for them. Im hopin Ashton n Hucks will stay tru to their word n stay. I was so confident of them stayin a wile bak but this report is so negative!

Francis obviously wants to go from previous comments
I heard Green on the radio last week saying that he has to go if we are relegated because he wants to remain in the England squad
Huckerby will stay - his family are settled and he is hero worshiped
Ashton only just got here - is young and we are a good step up from Crewe so I reckon he'll give us a chance next year
