Worthy - No Bellamy return
Norwich manager Nigel Worthington has ruled out the prospect of Craig Bellamy returning to Carrow Road after his spat at Newcastle.
The Wales star began his career with Norwich before departing in a £6.5m deal to Coventry in 2001.
Even though Bellamy could be on his way out of Newcastle following the row over whether or not he faked injury to avoid having to play in midfield, it appears that Norwich would not consider bidding for their old boy.
Worthington said in the Eastern Daily Press: "It's a lovely dream - but it is a dream that will never happen at Norwich City.
"He'll be on a decent salary at Newcastle and I should think he will either stay there or get a permanent move to a club on a sizeable transfer fee."
-------------
Well we all knew we didnt have a chance on getting him ...plus he wouldnt join us even if we had the cash
he's moved on now we were his stepping stone

glad to hear that as Bellamy is the sort of player who could get the goals upfront with Ashton

Two lads walking down the high street. They see a sign in a chemists window."Free Ipswich Town season ticket" One lad sends his mate in. Fifteen minutes later he appears from the shop with a pack of condoms in his hand. "What the hell did you get those for?!" his friend asks. "I was too bloody embarrased to ask for the season ticket!" he replies.

surely bellamy is on ridiculous wages? after newcastle he will end up going to a middle of the run team.
he is not good enough for the top five teams and earns too much for the bottom five.
we'll never see him again - but thats probbly a good thing
can't see that his signature is worth much?
