The Canaries boss is keen to add a striker to his squad in the transfer window and has been linked with moves for Dean Ashton of Crewe and Ipswich’s Darren Bent.

Those two targets may be out of Worthington’s reach though and he may switch his sights to Hulse who is out of favour at the Hawthorns.

The former Crewe striker cost the Baggies ₤750,000 when he joined them in July 2003 but has made only six first team appearances this season.

If you can get him into the form of 2seasons ago then you really have got a complete striker...good move tbh will hold the ball up, work for the team, and when the confidence is flowing he'll hit them from anywhere!!!!(and they go in::talksocc )
