like when they said we cant get huckerby hes to expensive

we could get Ashton

Paul McVeigh who wasnt even on the bench yesterday...

McVeigh plus £1 mill = Ashton

If you were Ashton would you choose Everton or Spurs, or Norwich?

Everton are after Beattie

Beattie/Bent upfront ...no need for ashton

Villa is the only team who can get Ashton

BUT there after Beattie more

Ashton's career will be ruined then if he does

Spurs dont need him

Beattie joined Everton so everton wont need ashton

worthy said yesterday he wanted Ashton. its a case of the board giving him the money or selling another player like Green.

BUT he also said he thought if Green went it would be very very likely Norwich would go down, thats how important he is.

he said only if they recieved a ridiculous offer and only then would he discuss it with the board

i think McVeigh could be the player which will balance a Ashton deal

theres always rumours lately that theres a exchange deal with McVeigh included ..maybe this time it could happen

Crewe will want more than a million for Ashton even with McVeigh, he came fromt he academy and know they can make a lot of money on him! And i'm sure they'd prefer the money instead of a crap price and a crap player

mcveigh wasn't in the squad again today but apparently warmed down at the end so must not be injured. maybe he's being used in a swap deal for another player if ashton is unavailable now?
