Two lads walking down the high street. They see a sign in a chemists window."Free Ipswich Town season ticket" One lad sends his mate in. Fifteen minutes later he appears from the shop with a pack of condoms in his hand. "What the hell did you get those for?!" his friend asks. "I was too bloody embarrased to ask for the season ticket!" he replies.

what about dwight yorke on a freeby from birmingham in the transfer window - could just sign him til the end of the season-
a bit of premier league experience up front
big wages but just for a few months

he is not the player he use to be but still better than mackenzie and svensson

De Vries could be a good bet

plays for Hearts quite good except this season where hes been injured

out of contract in the summer

probably worth £500,000

AND has stated he wants to play in England

hasn't hucks played mostly as second striker?
I reckon its worth trying him with bentley up front
bents can do the creative job free hucks up2 score
and maybe way in himself
I reckon he'd score more played centrally

true i think them 2 upfront would be a nice partnership

only thing is that we dont really have great replacements for right and left midfield

Damien Francis could move to right but has played better in centre

McVeigh could play left midfield ..but Worthington would never do that

Matthias Jonson could play right midfield but doesnt do much

i think Huckerby has been much creative on the left of midfield ..lures the defenders out of the box and taps it across goal to the strikers

hmm, some good points, mckenzie was amazing on sat, he plays with such energy and u dnt realise how much we miss that until hes left out. So for now my opinion is that id like to see bents and mckenzie upfront with hucks and jonson wide midfield.

he is arrogant and lairy

bentley is a creative player like hucks, not a goalscorer.
and players should be willing to play where they're told...i dont see any reason why he would suddenly change upfront. i honestly couldnt see him up there
