Newcastle midfielder Emre is free to concentrate on his playing career after a charge of using racially-aggravated abusive and/or insulting words was not proved.
The charge was brought following Newcastle's meeting with Everton at Goodison Park last December.
Emre denied the charge and was supported by his club, but The Football Association felt he had a case to answer.
At a disciplinary hearing on Monday, the charge was 'judged to be not proved'.
A statement on The FA's website read: "At a Disciplinary Commission hearing today, a charge against Newcastle United midfielder Belozoglu Emre was judged to be not proved.
"In its decision, the Commission stated that 'having heard all the evidence presented, and having regard to the standard of proof agreed with both The FA and Newcastle United, we were not satisfied that the charge was proved.'"

Does this mean he's been let off all the accusations? because there were plenty of players stepping forward to say he racially abused them...
IF he is innocent, then the media have handled this pretty badly once more as now he will have a reputation, even if he is innocent.
